Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of may vary, depending on your station, but will likely include:
*Greeting customers, providing excellent customer service and assembling food orders while maintaining appropriate portion control
*Collecting and processing payment from customers, ensuring a delightful customer experience
*Maintaining cleanliness of counters and floors at all times.
*Preparation of food items on a daily basis, while maintaining a clean sanitized kitchen area.
*Consistently following recipes and procedures and adhering to Goodcents standards
*Having fun!
Job Requirements
Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is helpful, but with the right attitude and some of these factors may help you to jumpstart your success in this position:
*Age requirements may apply in order to remain in compliance of State and Federal Law
*Restaurant or food service experience is helpful but it's okay if your experience is entry level
*Excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality
*Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized self-starter
*Team oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
*Bilingual language skills are helpful but not required
*Knife skills are helpful but not required
*Delivery Drivers must have valid drivers license and proof of insurance
