Direct accountability for the following:
Responsible for meeting the key performance areas of company
Analyzes market potential by researching demographics, traffic count, competition & other generators relative to site selection
Understand local market conditions and development to build opening plans in support of new growth markets
Build detail trade area plans identifying potential ?hot spots? and collect data necessary to evaluate site selection
Build a pipeline of approved sites that fit within company parameters and growth plans of the company
Work across all cross-functional departments to ensure lease agreements are signed in a timely manner according to company guidelines
Ensures compliance and enforcement of company policies in all signed lease agreements
Assist with documentation of lease agreements, internal approval and effective transition to construction department

Provides consulting services and support, in a professional and timely manner, to assigned Mr. Goodcents Franchisees. Acts as a liaison between the Franchise office and Owner Operators.
Responsible for meeting assigned area's key performance indicators.
Assists franchisees to meet company operational standards.
Assists franchisees in building comp sales and executing marketing plans.
Conducts and attends comprehensive business reviews and field business reviews.
Provides P&L analysis and assistance in remedying problem areas.
Qualifications:
Mulit-unit restaurant experience.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Proficency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of restaurant financials.
Travel required.
